Adding your User details and creating your first Plot


Adding your User details

This form allows you to set up your details that are printed out in the heading of all Reports.

Its also a useful place to record your user id (used to access the Members area of the VGA website).

Whenever the program is used again the details are shown at the start and you can Edit them if you wish.

Note: The user details are only saved on your local machine to be used when generating reports.




Creating the first Plot(s)

As soon as you have filled in the User details, the Create new Plot dialogue pops-up. You need to create Plots to set up your growing areas, into which you will later grow your crops.
For each Plot you need to enter a suitable name and then a 3 letter abbreviation. Examples of possible names and abbreviations are given on the dialogue to aid you.
