The VGA Report Generator
An important New feature of the VGA is the ability to generate reports to view on screen and print them out. Below is shown the main tool bar and the standard report header - note the details are as added when setting up your User Details.
Load/Save Reports		Start Print		Select your print options
	Click on these buttons to save a report for later use or to load in an existing report and re-run it. Reports are saved using their title as an identifier so they can be reselected and reloaded.		The Print dialogue allows you to select from a number of print options to generate the printout of your choice.		Select from Colour/Black & White, Landscape/Portrait and paper size and number of copies. Note: not all printers support all options.
It is always useful to have Print Preview selected in your printer driver - this means you can check what the printout will look like before using paper.

Plot Reports
Plot reports show all the operations carried out on Beds within all or selected plots.
Select Plot from the drop down menu:

Either use the default title or enter your own. The Start and Stop dates limit the amount of information shown to operations on beds between the two dates. Active beds are beds that are supporting crops or have had some soil preparation.


Press the Generate Report button to see the listing. To print out this report simply click on the Print button (top left of screen).

Crop Reports
Crop reports show all the operations carried out on crops regardless of where they are growing.
Select Crop from the drop down menu:

Either use the default title or enter your own. The Start and Stop dates limit the amount of information shown to operations on crops between the two dates. Active crops are those crops growing within the chosen dates.


Press the Generate Report button to see the listing. To print out this report simply click on the Print button (top left of screen).
