The VGA Plant Database
	Detailed cultivation instructions for each of the 150+ Herbs and vegetables are included. You can locate crops for particular soils and light/moisture conditions. Plants are listed alphabetically for ease of searching, but can also be selected by PH preference, etc. Sowing depths and distances are included, with spacings for different growing regimes (deep bed, traditional rows, multiple sowing) where appropriate. One of the key features of the VGA is that the data can be edited to suit your own conditions and climate. For example the harvesting months can be altered to make your forward planning more accurate.
When the plant is chosen for sowing/planting the variety is entered and each crop can be individually tracked. This way the performance of each can be measured. There is also a facility to enter new plant data if you come across something of interest that you want to grow. Upgrades available via the member's area are another method of increasing the plant data. All the instructions can of course be printed out (Colour/BW) if required.
