How our deliveries work - UK Mainland only

In our Plants for Sale pages you can select your delivery week in each month. We send out all orders in these slots and this allows us to sow and grow your plants to just the right stage for optimum growth when planted out.

Next day Delivery

All our orders are sent via a next-day service. We will send an email notifying you a week in advance informing you of the day the plants will be dispatched. Because the conditions of the plants will rapidly deteriorate if left in the packaging it is really important that:
  • There is somewhere where they can be left if you are not in to receive them.
  • You unwrap them as soon as possible - give access to light and water if they appear dry.
  • Prepare the planting locations in advance where possible so they can be planted into their permanent growing positions as soon as possible.

Recyclable Packaging

All plants are carefully packaged to withstand the rigours of the journey to you. Wherever possible we use packaging materials that can be re-used and/or recycled. Please try and re-use/recycle the packaging whenever possible (this includes the biodegradeable cellotape).

If things go wrong

Sometimes things go wrong - if this happens to you, let us know as soon as possible and we can hopefully put things right without losing valuable growing time for your plants.

If the plants are damaged/lost in transit we will replace them straight away if they are still in stock. If your plants are out of stock and you cannot wait until a following delivery slot we will refund in full.

In the case of damaged plants, if possible send us a picture (via email) - this might just help us sort things out quicker.
